1.What is your official operating hours?
Operating hours is Monday to Friday from 10 am - 6 pm. We are closed on public holidays and weekends. Please PM us at our Facebook or IG, MKUP SG. Kindly provide your name, date of order and order number.  

2. How many days would it take to process my order? All orders are processed within 3 working days. This is the estimated delivery time:
-  Singapore 1-3 working days
- Malaysia 3-5 working days
- Other countries 3-5 working days  

3. Can I use the same account to log into the App Store and website? Yes, you can use the same account to log into App Store and Website.  

4.  What is the waiting time for pre-orders?
You will be informed via email on the estimated arrival date. This is our best estimate and we will update you if there are further changes. Thank you for your kind support and patience.  

5. Can I change my address or delivery mode?
Yes, you can change your address. DO note that we would need to charge an additional shipping fee for any address change.

7. Any difference if I purchase online and in store?
The retail selling price is the same. MKUP.SG offers a 2% rebate. With purchase of $88 and above, you enjoy a 9% savings. MKUP.SG offers monthly bundle promotion too, where you will be able to SAVE more.

8.   Am I able to change my order when order is placed . 
As long as the order has not been processed, we are able to assist you to change your order. Kindly contact us at customerservice@mkup.sg.

9.  Can my order be cancelled and refunded?
Sorry, once we have processed your order, we are unable to cancel your order.

10. Where is the self pick up location?
Self pick up is not available in any retail outlets. You can arrange to self pick up a working day after your order is placed. Address is 25 Bukit Batok Crescent #08-03 S658066.

11.  Can I do a walk-in purchase ? 
Yes, we would be happy to assist you. We have a full counter for you to try our testers. Kindly note that only CASH payment is available.


12. How do i track my order ? 
Once your order is sent out, you will receive notification from our courier on the expected delivery date.

13.  Am i able to exchange my items when i have received the item. 
  We sincerely apologize if a wrong or defective item is sent to you. To exchange the item, kindly post it back via registered post. We will refund you the mailing charges.
