1.What is your official operating hours?
Operating hours is Monday to Friday from 10 am - 6 pm. We are closed on public holidays and weekends.

2. How many days would it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 3-4 working days. This is the estimated delivery time:
-  Singapore 1-4 working days
-  Malaysia 3-5 working days
-  Other countries 3-5 working days  

3. Can I use the same account to log into the App Store and website?
Yes, you can use the same account to log into App Store and Website.  

4.  What is the waiting time for Pre-orders?
You will be informed via SMS on the estimated arrival date.
This is our best estimate and we will update you if there are further changes.

5. Can I change my address or delivery mode?
Yes, you can change your address. DO note that we would need to charge an additional shipping fee for any address change.

7. Any difference if I purchase online and in store?
The retail selling price is the same.
We offers a 2% rebate with membership rewards of up to $45 off per month.
Michierie offers attractive monthly bundle promotion too, where you will be able to SAVE more.

8.   Am I able to change my order when order is placed. 
As long as the order has not been processed, we are able to assist you to change your order.

9.  Can my order be cancelled and refunded?
Sorry, once we have processed your order, we are unable to cancel your order.

10. Where is the self pick up location?
Self pick up is not available in any retail outlets. 
Kindly collect your items upon receiving a SMS from us. Store pickup option is available for Singapore orders on Monday to Friday (excluding Weekends & Public Holiday) between 10am to 6pm.
If you would like change to courier, please top up additional shipping fee of $4.50.

11.  Can I do a walk-in purchase? 
Yes, we would be happy to assist you. We have a full counter for you to try our testers.
Kindly note that payment is via CASH, PAYNOW & PAYPAL.

12. How do i track my order? 
Once your order is sent out, you will receive notification from our courier on the expected delivery date.
