1.What is your official operating
Operating hours is Monday to Friday from 10 am - 6 pm. We are closed on

10. Where is the self pick up location?
Self pick up is not
available in any retail outlets. You can arrange to self pick up a working day

11. Can I do a walk-in purchase ?
Yes, we would be happy to assist you. We have a full counter for you to try our
testers. Kindly note that only CASH payment is available.
12. How do i track my order
Once your order is sent out, you will receive notification from our courier on
the expected delivery date.
13. Am i able to exchange my items when i have received the item.
We sincerely apologize if a wrong or
defective item is sent to you. To exchange the item, kindly post it back via
registered post. We will refund you the mailing charges.
